1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 6 med. size sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed (or 1 can sweet potatoes 1 lb. 13 oz.) 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Add butter, milk, cinnamon and salt to mashed sweet potatoes. Beat until smooth, light and fluffy. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
